Flights Arrive into Johannesburg airport.
Notes You will be met by your personalised VIP chaperone to assist you through immigration and customs, then escort you to the gate lounge of your connecting flight.
Flights Fly from Johannesburg to Cape Town (flight time approx 2 hours)
Coach At Cape Town Airport a private driver will meet individual arrivals and drive you the 20 minutes to Table Bay, located in the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, situated at the edge of the City Bowl with Table Mountain towering overhead. The Waterfront is South Africas most visited destination and has dozens of shops, bars and restaurants for you to explore and enjoy.

Sights Depart the city for the Lower Cableway Station to board the revolving cable car for a 5-minute ride to the top of Table Mountain. 1036 meters above sea level, it affords birds-eye views of both city and Peninsula as you walk its summit (weather permitting). Return to the city via the old Cape Malay Quarter, for a walk through the Company Gardens, the fresh produce gardens for ships and locals from the mid-17th Century and today, home to the SA Museum, Cultural History Museum, Houses of Parliament, National Gallery and St Georges Cathedral. Stroll through the city to Greenmarket Square to browse African souvenirs at its bustling market stalls. Lunch is included.
Dining Cape Town provides the epitome of old world charm and luxury. Tonight we will celebrate the commencement of the Tour at our Welcome Dinner, which will be a fun-filled evening. There is always great anticipation and vibrant discussion about the Tour ahead, and it is also a wonderful opportunity to get to know everyone a little better. Your evening is inclusive of table wine and soft drinks.

Sunday, 15 October 2017
Sights Depart the city along the spectacular Atlantic Seaboard, en route to the fishing village of Hout Bay. Continue over the 600m heights of Chapmans Peak Drive, one of the worlds most breath-taking passes and past the Capes longest beach, with a chance to spot Southern Right Whales just offshore from June to November. Enter the Cape of Good Hope National Park for a walk (or optional funicular ride) up to the Cape Point Lighthouse, to take in magical ocean vistas at this, the south westernmost point of Africa. Head along the False Bay coast to Boulders Beach near Simons Town to see a colony of African Penguins and then continue past the seaside resorts of False Bay, towards the city. The last stop of the day is Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, for a walk through one of the largest collections of indigenous plants in the world. A lunch stop will be made enroute, included in the tour price. Tour Highlights include Hout Bay Harbour, Chapman's Peak Drive, Cape of Good Hope National Park and Cape Point, visit to Penguins at Boulders Beach, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens.

Designed by Peter Matkovich, the golf course takes full advantage of natural features and hazards and is rated as one of the top three courses to visit in South Africa. Steeped in the Cape Dutch tradition, history has an elegant, almost tangible quality at Steenberg.
Sights Today our non-golfing participants will explore more of the city bowl, Cape Malay area and the Constantia winelands. You will join the golfing members of the group at Steenberg Winery after completion of their golf for tapas and sundowners at the Steenberg Wine Estate

After breakfast we check out of our hotel. Travel by luxury land transfer (approx 45 minutes) to Pearl Valley Golf Club.

A combination of the intense colours of the greens and fairways, together with the brilliant white river sand lining the bunkers was carefully planned by course designer Jack Nicklaus, to make Pearl Valley Golf Estate the most visually spectacular golf course in the country.
Sights Enjoy a little more time around the waterfront before heading out in the winelands to explore a few more a little more. Fairview farm with it?s chocolatier, brewery, glass blowing and food options will a good place for lunch and some exploring.
Dining Both golfers and non-golfers will enjoy dinner together this evening at the magnificent Lanzerac Estate winery, widely regarded as one of South Africa's best dining experiences.

Sights After breakfast we check out of our hotel. Today we will explore Paarl, Wellington, Langkloof & the Breede River Valley. We depart Stellenbosch after a relaxing morning. Today?s travel route takes us along Route 62, the longest wine route in the Western Cape and most likely the whole world. It's an area of breathtaking landscapes and towering cliffs, crystal clear streams and an abundance of trees and indigenous flora - all contribute to make Paarl, Wellington, the Breede River Valley, Klein Karoo and Langkloof some of South Africa's most diverse regions. The ever changing colours of the majestic mountains, scenic passes, rivers, vineyards and orchards, as well as the multitude of attractions, will offer you an unforgettable adventure - whether this is in the physical sense or simply a kaleidoscope of scenic tranquillity.

A mere 400 km from both Port Elizabeth and Cape Town and just half an hour's drive from George Airport, Pinnacle Point is in the middle of everything that the Garden Route has to offer. Pinnacle Point has been host to some of the country's famous personalities, including Kurt Darren, Jean de Villiers, Heinz Winkler and Louis Oosthuizen, who recorded a seven-under-par round on the course. When the golf course opened in 2006, the American publication Golf Travel & Leisure selected Pinnacle Point as one of the top ten new courses in the world and has since been rated among the top twenty courses in South Africa. Darren Clarke, 2011 Open Champion, described the course as 'the best golf course on the planet'.
Sights Today our non-golfers will explore Mossel Bay followed by a guided tour of the caves under the golf course. Recently discovered, these excavations are now thought to be home to some of the earliest populations of modern humans known to exist. A very safe and enthralling tour.
Dining Dinner this evening is at Die Vette Mossel (The Fat Mussel). If you want to get the best taste of Garden Route cuisine and ambiance prepared in true West Coast style, De Vette Mossel in Groot Brak is a must-visit. Food is prepared on open fires in front of you, and you will probably leave with a few new 'Mossel' friends. You can expect bucket loads of mussel meat, West Coast style snoek with sweet sweet potato, a seafood pot made with 4 types of fish, calamari, cleaned prawn tails, meat potjie, catch of the day, West Coast rock lobster, calamari steak, all topped off with proudly South African koeksisters.

The Links at Fancourt is considered to be the most impressively designed and constructed course in South Africa. Host venue for the Presidents Cup, when playing The Links, it is difficult to believe that you are not in Scotland or Ireland, until you notice the imposing Outeniqua Mountain range that rises impressively in the background.
Sights Today our non-golfers will depart Fancourt and head over the Outeniqua Pass and into the Klein Karoo. Visit the ostrich farms at Oudshoorn and the spectacular Cango Caves, one of the greatest show caves in the world. Head up and over the Swartberg Pass to the small town of Prince Albert, where you can enjoy afternoon tea. The drive back is 2hrs, but takes you through the incredible Meiringspoort Pass.

The Montagu is a much celebrated parkland course and has been ranked as the number-one golf course in South Africa in the past. It has recently undergone major renovations with several holes being redesigned and has two completely new holes. With a great new opening hole where you're putting stroke will certainly be tested, a tough driving hole that demands long tee shots and a wonderful finishing hole, the Montagu is a challenging yet exhilarating course.
Sights Today our non-golfers will tour the beautiful town of Knysna is situated within 157,000 hectares of the proclaimed Garden Route National Park. Nestled between the pristine Knysna estuary, Indian Ocean and beautiful indigenous forest, home to a myriad of wild- and birdlife as well as the famed Cape fynbos. You will also visit the elephant sanctuary, and Monkey Land
Dining The full group will enjoy a wonderful 4pm Lagoon Cruise, with bubbles and oysters, before enjoying dinner at the stylish Knysna Waterfront Restaurant.

Coach After breakfast we check out of Fancourt Hotel, and transfer to the airport.
Flights Fly from George to Johannesburg. Here your golf bags will be collected and stored whilst you are on safari. Connect to Skukuza airport, located in the heart of the Kruger National Park
Coach Jock Lodge transport will meet you at the airport and transfer you the 45 minutes through Kruger National Park to the Lodge.
Dining Arrive in time for afternoon tea and orientation before the evening safari activities begin.

Although no individual can lay claim to the overall design of Pearl Valley, the master plan was shaped by the vision of Jack Nicklaus and this golf legend sees the Pearl Valley Course as the sum of his knowledge and his experience.

A combination of the intense colours of the greens and fairways, together with the brilliant white river sand lining the bunkers was carefully planned, to make Pearl Valley Golf Estate the most visually spectacular golf course in the country.

Every hole is played against the spectacular backdrop of the mountains surrounding the estate and all are challenging due to the bunkers and fast greens and the course has been designed with the area's prevailing winds in mind. All par 3's and par 5's play in different directions, ensuring that the same conditions are not experienced too many times in one round.
