Par , Length m
A challenging opening hole with fairway bunker to the right and hitting into a elevated tiered green with bunkers on the left hand side and swales to the right and rear of the green.
2
Par , Length m
The first of three consecutive short Par 4’s where accuracy and placement on the fairway prevail over power and length off the tee. Tall, consuming gum trees and out of bounds on the left, and water on the right require a straight tee shot. A sharp dog-leg left, requires sufficient length, but not excessive length, before hitting into a medium sized, slightly undulating green guarded by bunkers in front and to the right and out of bounds at the back.
3
Par , Length m
Short Par 4 dog leg left where the tee shot needs to be straight but not too long. Out of bounds on the left and a fairway bunker on the right. A fast, flat green with slight slope to rear, and a sharp fall for approach shots that fail to stay on.
4
Par , Length m
Another short Par 4 with a sharp dog leg to the right. Out of bounds on the left of the fairway, tee shots must avoid the dam on the right and the dam through the dog leg to have an easy approach to the raised flat green with a slight slope to front and a sharp fall off the back.
5
Par , Length m
Left bending fairway sloping right to left, tee shots needs to be hit to the right side of the fairway to get the best angle for the next shot. The green slopes back to front with strong slopes from right side to centre of green,
6
Par , Length m
The first of two exceptionally long Par 3’s on the course, a well hit tee shot is required to get a par opportunity. The large green has multiple undulations adding to the difficulty of the hole.
7
Par , Length m
The signature hole of the course, where water needs to be crossed twice, and the fairway slopes severely towards a lateral water hazard. A long tee shot towards the right side of the fairway will set up the correct angle for the approach shot into a difficult saddleback green that is guarded with deep bunkers on the right and left, and sharp falls in the front and behind.
8
Par , Length m
An elevated tee, a water hazard to cross, a narrow green to hit and bunkers to avoid make this an interesting if short Par 3. With out of bounds on the right the green slopes mainly left to right with runoff at right centre.
9
Par , Length m
A short Par 4 straight up the hill back to the Clubhouse, the fairway runs off to the right. The green is large with a severe slope from the back to the front and to the left. The ball must be kept under hole when pin is at the rear of the green.
10
Par , Length m
Medium sized green with severe left to right slope on left side and medium rear to front slope at rear. Bunkers left and right of the green. A bad shot severely left of the green may catch the water of the dam in front of the 11th tee.
11
Par , Length m
A dog leg left with lateral water hazards in front and to the right of tee, right of drive landing area and through dogleg. The green is raised and slopes from rear to front with a severe slope on right side front towards the centre. Bunkers left and right of the green add to the challenge of the hole.
12
Par , Length m
Slight right bending fairway. The tee shot is challenged by a fairway bunker on the right side of the landing zone, and mounding on the left. A lateral water hazard also lurks on the left of the fairway past the mounding. The slopes moderately from rear to front, with a substantial fall away behind the green. Bunkers guard the left side of the green
13
Par , Length m
The other exceptionally long Par 3 on the course. A downhill tee shot to a large, reasonably flat green. Accuracy and length off the tee are key to making par.
14
Par , Length m
A long dog leg left. The tee shot is confronted by large pine trees on the left a fairway bunker and out of bounds on the right. The green is raised, slopes rear to front, with a significant slope from the left. A cut-out on the right middle of the green requires an accurate approach shot to the left side of the green
15
Par , Length m
A dog leg left. The first shot on the hole needs to pierce a narrow chute off the tee. Bunkers to the left and right of the green and a sharp fall away to the right of the green provide danger to an errant approach. The green has a small valley through the centre from front to rear.
16
Par , Length m
The longest Par 5 on the course. The tee shot must be played over a small elevation in front of the tee, straight and reasonably long to avoid a line of tress on the left and a group of trees guarding the dog leg right. A nest of bunkers to the right of the fairway and green and a steep fall to the back of the green means that the approach shots are best placed to the left. The green slopes left to right and back to front.
17
Par , Length m
An uphill Par 3 with a substantial challenge. A steep fall away at the right front of the green, a cavernous greenside bunker on the right, a small bunker on the left and a long narrow green that slopes left to right. Requires a well hit tee shot to give any reasonable chance for par.
18
Par , Length m
Just when you thought it was nearly over you are confronted with an exceptionally long Par 4 to close out your round. A long straight tee shot from an elevated tee is required to set up an opportunity to reach the green in regulation. The second shot needs to travel slightly uphill on a line left of centre to avoid a shallow fairway bunker on the right and a deep greenside bunker on the left. Par here means you go to the clubhouse in good spirits having managed one of the hardest hole on the course.
