Ko Olina Golf Club, recognized as one of Oahu's premier golf courses offers a challenging 18-hole championship course with exceptional water features, multi-tiered greens, and no parallel fairways. This spectacular Ted Robinson designed course provides expansive landing areas and measures up to 6,867 yards from the back tees.

Water is the defining feature at the beautiful Ko Olina Golf Club, located only 25 miles from Honolulu on Oahu's sunny southwest tip. Ted Robinson, a designer best known for his "waterscapes," took former sugar cane lands and moved more than a million cubic yards of dirt to create Ko Olina.

He added moundings and contours, elevated tees and greens, and planted more than a thousand stately coconut palms and other trees. And, true to his trademark, he added lots of water. Waterfalls feed into streams that widen into pools that become lakes.

Ko Olina is superbly maintained, with wide fairways and well-bunkered, multi-tiered greens.

Mauna Kea Golf Course

"Mr. Rockefeller, if you allow me to build a golf course here, this'll be the most beautiful hole in the world." Robert Trent Jones, Sr., at the 3rd hole site.

Without changing the essential character of his father's design, Rees Jones Inc. re-planted the championship Course with highly efficient ultra-dwarf Tifeagle Bermudagrass on the greens and Tifway 419 hybrid Bermudagrass on the tees, fairways and roughs. State-of-the-art irrigation systems, liners in the bunkers, and advance drainage improvements keep our Hawaii golf course in top shape and save on environmental resources.

As for play, the number of bunkers has been increased to 99, overall yardages have expanded by about 200 yards from the tips, and multiple tees will challenge all levels of players.

Turtle Bay Resort features two championship golf courses that are among the finest in all of Hawaii. The Arnold Palmer and George Fazio Courses have achieved legendary status as select locations for prestigious PGA and LPGA tournaments.

The Arnold Palmer Course is a distinctive 18-hole championship golf course. Designed by Arnold Palmer and Ed Seay, this unique Hawaii golf course offers something for golfers of every skill level. Played from the Palmer (black) tees, the course offers a stern challenge to the best players in the world. However, there are also five or six sets of tees on each hole.

Enjoy varied breathtaking scenery at the Arnold Palmer Course. The front nine reminds golfers of true Scottish Links with its sand, water, wind and rolling terrain. The back nine takes a dramatic shift as it meanders through a jungle forest of ironwood pine and a wetlands bird sanctuary.

The 17th hole is unquestionably the signature hole on the course with no less than nine craggy bunkers surrounding the landing area and extending all the way up to the green. The 17th green sits on a plateau only 100 feet from the ocean.

The Palmer Course surrounds a beautiful wetland preserve known as the Punaho'olapa Marsh. This 100-acre preserve is home to many endangered species of Hawaiian birds. A man-made moat separates the wetlands from the golf course.

Home to the SONY Open in Hawaii, Waialae Country Club is one of only 40 country club courses throughout the nation chosen to host a sanctioned PGA Tour event.

Established in 1927, the course’s initial design was by Seth Raynor with changes by Desmond Muirhead in 1992. The course plays to a par 70 for the SONY Open and measures 7,020 yards from the Championship tees, 6,456 yards from the Member tees and 5,962 from the Forward tees. It includes both left and right doglegs and, thanks to its well-planned layout, can challenge the low handicap player while not penalizing the high handicap player. Called a thinking players course, the Gold offers a true test of ones golf skills. But the most difficult hazards on it are the distracting island views. In one round, you can enjoy spectacular vistas of the ocean, Molokini islet, ancient lava rock walls, coconut trees and sparkling white bunkers.

The home course of The Champions Skins Game, the 6434 Wailea Gold is the most challenging of Wailea’s trio, with a rugged and masterful design that takes advantage of the terrain’s natural undulations. But four to six tee boxes on every hole also make it a suitable track for virtually every player.

Created by architect Robert Trent Jones II, the Gold was honored by both Golf Magazine and Golf Digest as one of the country’s ten best new resort courses when it opened in 1994. It has also been recognized by the Maui Historical Society for its preservation of prehistoric lava rock walls during construction, and hailed as one of the world’s best designed courses by the readers of Conde Nast Traveler in the magazine’s first golf resorts poll.
